Why we came to the coast.
Gladstone is a working town. Port, refinery, rail, LNG. A lot of people here have a phone that is also their roster, their clock-in and their only way to reach home from a site with no landline. That is not a phone you can leave with someone for a week and hope.
We had been fixing exactly that kind of phone in Mount Isa since 2014. In March 2021 we opened at Gladstone Central with the same parts supply, the same testing before anything goes back over the counter, and the same lifetime warranty on every screen. Staffed by people who live here, backed by a workshop that has done it twenty thousand times.
